Went to many different chains (Lowes, ACE, Home Depot) trying to get copies of a desk key that shouldn't have been a big deal. No one could do it for me. I called a local place and they never returned my call just to let me know if they could do it or not. Finally, a guy at ACE recommended Big D Lock and Key. They were able to cut the keys I needed in less than 5 minutes and the price was right. I definitely recommend them and will be going straight there for all of my lock and key needs.

Big D lock & key is an outstanding key shop. I needed a car key programmed and they were able to do it for about 1/2 of what a dealer would charge. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner is considered the Keymaster Guru of metro Detroit. These guys don't know what a stranger is. They talk to you like family.
